Know where every rupee of every project goes.
TrackerPro keeps the daily bills of your site engineers, the books behind them and the cost of each project in one place. Engineers enter the day. You see the cost, the payments and the balance.
The site office in the engineer's pocket.
Engineers sign in once and see their own projects, enter the day's wages, purchases and expenses on site, and know at a glance how much money is still in their hand. The administrator sees every project.
- Home dashboard. What I got, what I spent, what is in my hand, today's spending, and each project's figures.
- My projects only. An engineer sees the active projects given to them. An administrator sees all of them.
- Add an entry in a minute. Wages, purchase, expense or fund from the owner, saved into the same daily bill as the desktop app.
- Common reports. Daily transactions for any period and the totals of every project.
- Stays signed in. No password at every start. If the server cannot be reached, the app says why.

Every phone is registered
At each sign in the company's database records the user, the phone model, Android version, device ID, IP address and the time.
5 days without approval
A new phone works fully for its first 5 days. The app shows how many days are left.
Approve or block on the desktop

The Trial Balance, the Profit and Loss and the Balance Sheet, from the same books.
Every daily bill, owner bill and payment is posted by double entry. So the statements an owner, a partner or an auditor asks for are always there, for one project, one branch or the whole company.
What is new in TrackerPro.
Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet
For a project, a branch or the whole company, for any period. The Trial Balance always agrees: debit equals credit. Open them on the desktop, over the web service, or print and save as PDF.
Bills to the owner, with GST
Set the contract value of a project and raise bills to the owner. Each bill is posted at once: revenue, output CGST, SGST or IGST, and the owner's account. See what is billed, what is paid in advance and what is still to receive.
Branches and financial years
One company, many branches, each with its own users, projects, books and financial year. Close a year and nobody but an administrator can change it. A role with the right can see every branch and the whole company.
Store, assets and depreciation
Stock bought for the store is issued to projects at its average cost. Assets are charged to the projects that use them, by percent, month by month. What is left of an asset shows on the Balance Sheet.
Bill of Quantity and Purchase Orders
Plan the quantities of a project, raise purchase orders against them and watch the balance of each item. A bill of quantity can no longer be lost by a single bad character.
Android app for the site engineers
Home dashboard, own projects, add an entry, common reports. Free for 5 days, then approved by the administrator. See the app
Everything a site team enters, and everything the office needs to know.
Built for contractors who run many projects with many engineers and many suppliers at the same time.
Daily bills by engineer
Every engineer enters his own bill for the day: wages, purchases, other expenses, fund received and fund transfers. Two engineers can work on the same project on the same day. Change or delete a bill later, and see who changed it.
Books that balance
Each saved bill becomes a double-entry voucher with wages, purchases, taxes and payments on the right ledgers. A bill that does not balance is never saved.
Projects, jobs and engineers
Set a budget, dates and tax for each project. Split it into jobs. Choose which engineers may enter bills for it. A job or an engineer with bills cannot be removed by mistake.
Dashboards
The main dashboard shows every project's budget, cost and fund at a glance, with charts. Open a project for its own dashboard.
Project analysis
Cost by kind, month by month, engineer by engineer, suppliers, products, services and employees. Plus plain remarks: budget exceeded, money still to pay, who handled the most.
Ledgers and reports
Employee, engineer, project and vendor ledgers with the balance after every line. A daily transaction report you can search by project, engineer, supplier, type and period.
Print, PDF and Excel
Open any full report in the common viewer. Zoom, print, save as a PDF, or send every table to Excel, without Excel being installed.
People and rights
Users have roles, and roles have rights on each screen. Passwords are stored as hashes. An engineer sees only the projects and engineers given to him.
Works in the office and on the web
The desktop app talks to SQL Server directly, or through the web service when the office is far from the server. The same service can feed a website or a phone app.
Set up once. Enter daily. Know at any time.
Set up
Add the projects with their budget, the jobs, the engineers, the employees, the suppliers, the products and the services you use.
Enter the day
Each engineer opens the project, picks the date and enters the wages, purchases and expenses of the day, with the payment mode. One save, and the books are written.
Know the position
Open the dashboard or the analysis of a project. See what is spent, paid and still payable, and print the report for the owner.
Numbers, and what they mean.
Pick a project and a period. TrackerPro works out the cost, the payments and the fund, then tells you what needs attention, in plain words.
- Budget used against the time that has passed
- Money still to pay, and to whom
- Owner fund received against the cost, and what the engineers advanced
- The biggest supplier, the busiest month, the engineer who handled most
- One click to a full report to print, save as PDF or send to Excel
